About Derek Rinetti

As a fourth-generation Californian (SF Bay Area, San Leandro) I began my real estate career in 1991, working alongside my father, Al Rinetti, at Rinetti & Co Real Estate Agent until 2006. In 2007, I established Avenues Real Estate in California, a boutique agency serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. After gaining further experience as an independent broker for eight years, I opened an independent office in Colorado in August 2015.

 

Our focus is on specializing in residential real estate, representing both buyers and sellers. Our mission is to counsel and advise our clients, helping them find optimal value in the market and trusting their intelligence to make informed decisions.
