Listing agents often say that they do more than others to sell your home, but that is not usually the case. Except for Derek. He gave staging ideas and then offered to help me move furniture from the basement to the main floor and vice-versa. Then, and because I travel a lot, he would come to the house early to turn lights on for showings. Afterwards, he would come back to and turn the lights off. Then, he would call each showing-agent and ask for feedback. Now, this is an agent that goes the extra smile!
